Road Application of Wastewater

When no other alternative is reasonably available for disposal of limited quantities of wastewater or exploration and production exempt oily wastes a road application permit may be requested, as allowed by Chapter 3 and Chapter 11 of the Water Quality Division Rules and Regulations.

The road application form must be accompanied by an application for a permit to construct.  The road application from is available in several formats.

• As an On-line Form, which may be completed in your browser, printed, and submitted with the design package as required by the appropriate regulation.

• As an html document which may be viewed quickly in your browser.  It is not recommended that the browser view be printed and completed for submission.

• As a Acrobat .pdf file.  The .pdf file will print exactly like the paper forms.

• A paper copy may be requested by mailing a request for the FACILITY INFORMATION for ROAD APPLICATION of WASTE and WASTEWATER and the APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT forms to the Water Quality Division Information Processing Section, Herschler Building 4 West, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002.
