Authorized Permits Was your project permitted? Looking for the permit? These steps will help you find the Notification of Coverage or the Permit to Construct for small wastewater systems, sewage collection facilities, water distribution facilities, pilot plants, and other permits issued by the Water & Wastewater Program. Follow these steps to find your permit: Note, for small wastewater systems: If the property is located in a delegated county, please contact the county directly. If the property is located in a non-delegated county for small wastewater systems or other projects, search the Authorized Permit Database. 1. Open the Authorized Permits Excel Workbook. 2. Find your project by using a filter on any of the columns or searching the entire document. 3. Make note of the permit number which is listed under the “APPNO” column. 4. If the property is not listed in the workbook, please contact the appropriate District Engineer for additional information. 5. Search for your Notification of Coverage (NOC) by selecting the appropriate year and number range. The first two (2) number of the permit is the year in which the permit was issued.
