Permit Fees:  Beginning July 1, 2013 payment of permit fees for individual permits and general permit authorizations are required to be submitted with the permit permit application or NOI form.  Some types of permits have flat fees and others have variable fees that must be calculated.  The "Fee Calculator" should be used to determine the proper amount to be submitted with each application or NOI.  Checks should be made out to the "Dept. of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division.

  Notice of Transfer and Acceptance (NOTA):  Use this Notice of Transfer and Acceptance (NOTA) to transfer coverage under an individual permit or general (non-storm water) permit to another party.  The Department must have original signatures on both Parts 1 and 2 (9/04). Effective 6/1/2013 all transfers shall become effective on the first day of the following month from the date the NOTA has been signed by the current permit holder. The previous Permittee is responsible for all permit requirements and DMR submittals until the transfer becomes effective.

• Annual fee requirement for WYPDES permits and authorizations.  Individual permits and general permit authorizations are subject to an annual $100 fee for as long as the permit or authorization is active.  There is no need to pay the fee with your application.  All permit and authorization fees are invoiced after December 31st.
