Trade Secret Confidentiality Requests Read the March 2014 Wyoming Supreme Court decision, learn what constitutes a "trade secret", and view the DEQ Checklist for submitting a Trade Secret Confidentiality Request.

Drinking Water Watch (DWW) - See what data EPA Region 8 has on your public water system, including inventory, sampling requirements, sample results, violations, and system contacts. Information is constantly updated from the EPA Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS). You may access all the data for your public water system by logging in to the Drinking Water Watch database once you have registered. There is also a Public Access Version of DWW that requires no login but contains only basic information about public supply water systems.

WYPDES permit fees: Beginning July 1, 2013 payment of permit fees for individual permits and general permit authorizations are required to be submitted with the permit application or NOI form.  Some types of permits have flat fees and others have variable fees that must be calculated.  The "Fee Calculator" should be used to determine the proper amount to be submitted with each application or NOI.  Checks should be made out to the "Dept. of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division.
