Text Box: The Wyoming Legislature provided $7,970,000 to help local government entities fund the installation of monitoring networks and in some cases pay for monitoring to determine if their landfill has polluted groundwater.  This legislation was supported by the Wyoming Solid Waste and Recycling Association (WSWRA) and the Citizen’s Advisory Group on Solid Waste (CAG).
