   An example plan which can be used as a guide to apply for asbestos disposal at a Wyoming permitted solid waste management facility.
7. Natural Gas Processing Plant Wastes 12/1/90 [Guideline]
   Outlines acceptable sampling, laboratory testing and reporting procedures for process wastes which may be generated at natural gas processing plants and which are intended for disposal at a solid waste disposal facility.
8. Sump Wastes Management 5/6/08 [Guideline]
   This document provides guidelines necessary for the characterization, treatment, and disposal of sump wastes which are generated by facilities within the State of Wyoming.

12. Participation in the State Trust Account 1/22/97 [Guideline] [Worksheet]
    The purpose of this guideline is to provide guidance to the owner/operator of a municipal solid waste disposal facility on the completion of a worksheet that can be used to calculate the annual contribution to the Account.

    The purpose of this document is to: describe the closure and post-closure process for solid waste landfills; define the minimum level of documentation which is necessary to demonstrate completion of closure and post closure activities, and; define the performance criteria used by the SHWD to evaluate the adequacy of closure and post-closure activities.
17. Guidance for Composting Animal Mortalities at Farms, Ranches and Exempt Animal Feeding Operations Facilities 7/7/06 [Guideline]             
    This Guidance is intended only for farms, ranches and animal feeding operation facilities that are exempt from the waste management permitting requirements of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality's (WDEQ) Solid and Hazardous Waste Rules and Regulations (SWRR).  This purpose of this Guidance is to provide recommendations to farmers, ranchers and exempt animal feeding operation facilities for composting animals that have died on their premises.  The recommendations include information about locating, designing, constructing, operating and closing dead animal composting facilities.
