Wyoming Public Records Request

All files in the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) are open to the public unless they are found to be confidential under W.S. 35-11-1101.

DEQ does not have a method to rapidly retrieve information on companies, individuals or particular subjects,  as very little of our data is automated and we do not have sufficient staff to do a record search for you.
