Instructions
This relocation system shall apply to owners of diesel fired generators operating in CBM service in the northeast part of the state that have submitted a permit application (CBM-GEN1) and received authorization to operate from the Division. The authorization from the Division will assign a generator identification number to each generator and each authorized generator is entered into the relocation database system. As a condition of the authorization, the Division requires notification of relocation of each diesel generator within five (5) days of relocation. For additional information on the permitting process, please refer to the October 15, 2001 guidance available on the Division's Website at http://deq.state.wy.us/aqd/index.asp.

Follow these instructions to report the relocation of a generator:
  1. Click 'Relocation Form' on the side menu of this page. This link directs you to the 'Company Login' form.
  2. Login using your AQD-issued company password. A valid password will generate a list showing all of your company's generators.
  3. To report on a generator, click the Generator Code for that generator. Depending on the generator's current status, the system will offer one of two options:
    • If any 'outstanding' applications exist, you'll need to enter the actual End Date for the previous application, then click the 'Generator List' link from the ensuing confirmation page to access a new reporting form.
    • A new reporting form will be available for generators which have no previous outstanding applications. Complete the new reporting form, noting the special instructions for entering location formats.
  4. Successful submission of a reporting form will be acknowledged with a confirmation screen containing the report's details. From the confirmation page, you may click on links to view actual emissions for completed reports and anticipated emissions for current applications.
