LQD Noncoal Mine Permit Forms
For
operators with Limited Mining Operations (LMOs), also known
as ETs, or Ten Acre Exemptions, effective June 1, 2004, the
Department of Environmental Quality is requiring that these
operations have an Air Quality Division (AQD) Permit.
See "Form 10 Memo" posted below for further information
regarding AQD contact information applicable to LMOs.
Copies of all
