Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
Guidelines are for mine operators and are intended to provide the operators with guidance in the preparation of permits and reports, and to aid in the interpretation of LQD rules, regulations, policies, and statutes.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are for LQD staff and are intended to provide consistency in the review of permits and annual reports and in the interpretation of LQD rules, regulations, policies, and statutes. The Guidelines and SOPs may be viewed from this page. Some of these documents are lengthy, so please be patient if trying to view.
