Special Meeting, August 4, 2014

The Wyoming Air Quality  Division (AQD) will host a special meeting open to the public, pursuant with W.S. 16-4-404(b), on August 4, 2014 at 8:00 AM, at the State of Wyoming Herschler Building, South Pass Conference Room (1st Floor), 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming.  A teleconference option will be available; Conference call in number 1-877-278-8686 PIN: 593219.  The purpose of this special meeting is to reconvene the Air Quality Advisory Board (Board) to request consideration on proposed changes to Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations (WAQSR), Chapter 8, Nonattainment Area Regulations.  The AQD will verbally present information resultant from a special meeting held in Cheyenne on July 31, 2014, which was also open to the public, to help inform the Board’s final recommendation on the proposed rule changes.  To view the public notice, the proposed regulations, and previously submitted written comments, click on “Proposed Rules” under “Air Quality Program Links”.

 

 

 

Special Meeting, July 31, 2014

The Wyoming Air Quality Division (AQD) will host and facilitate a special meeting open to the public, pursuant to W.S. 16-4-404(b), on July 31, 2014 at 9:00 AM, at the Wyoming State Library, Large Meeting Room, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. A teleconference option will be available; Conference call in number: 1-877-278-8686 PIN: 593219.  The purpose of this special meeting will be to consider comments, advise the public, and foster communication in regard to only those comments received prior to the close of the July 14, 2014 Air Quality Advisory Board meeting for proposed changes to the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, Chapter 8, Nonattainment Area Regulations, Section 6, Requirements for existing oil and gas production facilities or sources in the Upper Green River Basin.
