Meetings
The Wyoming Air Quality Advisory Board will meet on October 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM and continue on October 27, 2009 at 8:00 AM, at the Casper DEQ Field Office Conference Room, 152 N. Durbin, Suite 100, Casper, Wyoming. The public is invited to attend and provide written or oral comments to the Board. Lovatt Room
A presentation by the Air Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality will describe air quality monitoring in and around the Upper Green River Basin. Dr. Robert Field of the University of Wyoming Atmospheric Science Department, will present the results of the 2009 study in the Upper Green River Basin that used ozone diffusive samplers.

New Guidance for Portable Generators in Northeast Wyoming
The Air Quality Division has posted an October 1, 2009 revision to the PERMITTING GUIDANCE FOR GAS AND DIESEL FIRED GENERATORS OPERATING IN COAL BED METHANE (CBM) SERVICE IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF THE STATE. This revision replaces the existing permitting guidance.
Oil and Gas Production Facilities
The Air Quality Division has posted a June 2009 update of the proposed revisions to the presumptive BACT requirement under the Chapter 6, Section 2 Oil and Gas Production Facilities Permitting Guidance.
The Air Quality Division has issued a July 14, 2009 letter regarding the removal of control equipment and inter-company trading. Both issues apply to permits issued to sources in Sublette County.
Annual Monitoring Plans
The Wyoming Air Quality Division, Monitoring Section, will submit the Wyoming Ambient Air Monitoring Annual Network Plan 2009 to EPA Region 8 in accordance with 40 CFR 58.10. The Air Quality Division will submit this network plan to EPA after a 30-day public comment period. The public comment time period will end August 14, 2009.
