The Air Quality Division (AQD) is seeking input from the public and other affected stakeholders (e.g., Federal Land Managers, local governments, industry, non-governmental organizations, etc.) regarding AQD's ambient monitoring network*
The United Sates
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the Code of Federal
Regulations (40 CFR 58.10)
and the Performance
Partnership Agreement requires the State of Wyoming Department of
Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division (AQD) to prepare and seek
public comment on The Wyoming Ambient Air Monitoring Annual Network Plan
for the state’s ambient air monitoring sites.
